FireflyLight provides AI-powered lead generation and marketing automation services designed to help businesses identify, engage, and convert potential customers. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Performance tracking and reporting

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of FireflyLight services, you agree to:

4. Pricing and Payment

FireflyLight operates on a performance-based pricing model where you pay only for leads that respond to your campaigns. Pricing tiers are as follows:

• Starter Plan: $30 per replied lead
• Professional Plan: $65 per replied lead
• Enterprise Plan: $100 per replied lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Data Privacy and Security

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, FireflyLight does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect service access.

8. Limitation of Liability

FireflyLight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all outstanding fees for services rendered.
